Everything is made to order. Here is how long it takes, where it goes, what it costs and how to send it back.
Production and delivery time
Your order is made after you place it and ships about 4–5 weeks later. If that changes, we tell you before it matters.
Where we ship
We ship to 35 countries: all EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, the United States, Canada and Australia.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is a flat rate in the currency you pay in. It is free when your subtotal reaches the amount in the last column.

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties or local taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included unless shown at checkout.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. In the EU, EEA and UK this is your statutory right of withdrawal, and our items are not personalised, so it applies to every order. See section 6 of the terms.
- Tell us you are returning the order, using the contact details below.
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us.
- We refund the price and standard shipping to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods, or of proof that you sent them.
Unless we agree otherwise, you pay the postage to send the items back.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or not as ordered, contact us and we repair, replace or refund it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
