Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on vibeclothe.com. By ordering you accept them. They sit alongside the Shipping & returns page and the Privacy policy.
1. Who we are
vibeclothe sells hoodies, crewnecks, tees, caps and beanies, made to order.
Seller details are published here before the first order ships.
2. Unofficial fan merch
vibeclothe is unofficial fan merch. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic or Sketchfab. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic. All other names belong to their owners.
3. Products and prices
Prices are shown in the currency you choose in the header (euro, US dollar, pound sterling, Swiss franc, Canadian dollar or Australian dollar) and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is added in your bag and at checkout. The price you see in your bag, plus shipping, is what you pay.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties or local taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices unless shown at checkout.
4. Ordering and payment
You choose a size, add the piece to your bag and pay on Stripe's secure checkout page. Stripe processes the payment and we never see your full card details. Your order is concluded once Stripe confirms your payment, and Stripe emails you a receipt.
If card checkout is not switched on yet, you can reserve your order with no payment. A reservation is not a purchase: we email you a payment link, and nothing is made or shipped until you have paid.
5. Made to order and delivery
Every piece is made after you order. Production and shipping take about 4–5 weeks. If that changes, we tell you. Delivery rates and countries are on the Shipping & returns page.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Our items are not personalised, so this right applies to every order.
To withdraw, tell us clearly that you want to cancel, using the contact details above, and send the items back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and the standard shipping you paid, using the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the item, so please return items unworn and unwashed.
7. Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us and we put it right: repair, replacement or refund, as the law of your country requires. Your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity that applies to consumers in the EU, are not affected by anything on this page.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live continue to apply.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
